SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within five (5) business days, please contact service@mesclemessage.com. Please include your order number in all correspondences, this will help us assist you as quickly as possible.
All orders may be evaluated by our fraud detection services. If your payment is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We will only ship to address provided at checkout unless otherwise confirmed.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping
Approximately 5-7 business days.
International Shipping
Approximately 7-10 business days.
If any shipment is returned, we will not refund original shipping or cover any return shipping costs.
Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customers, duties, or taxies levied by your destination country.
RETURNS
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or size or a defective product, please contact us immediately at service@musclemessage.com.
If there is an error in your order or with a product in your order that results in a return and refund, please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to show up in your account.
